This little video clip was taken at 3rd Ave and Harper in front of the Gun and Ammo Heritage building. Forgive the hokey 'snow' music... I am just relearning to play keyboard.
Dawson City is protected from windiness by the bluffs and mountains surrounding the townsite, and our air is very dry in the winter with the low temperatures so when we get a snowfall it can come down very soft and fluffy, and build up on the branches and surfaces in town.
