I had a 9:00 am appointment at the Dawson Medical Clinic for blood work... I was very impressed by the facility in general and the Nurse's Station in particular. They had some great informative display, and while waiting for my appointment I found a very interesting pamphlet~Dolly Parton funds a charity which will mail a book a week to children in the Yukon up to age 5, to encourage parents to read to their children.
I took a picture of Anne, as she quite impressed me. I usually have a lot of difficulty and pain giving blood samples, but she got me in one shot.
I took a picture outside to make a point.. even though it was the middle of winter when we only have a few hours of daylight a day, it isn't completely dark outside of those few hours. We have quite a few hours of a bright blue twilight before and after when the sun is in the sky where you can see quite clearly... a very beautiful and peaceful effect.
