Imagine my surprise to go into Icicle Sports in Whitehourse to do an errand, and find out it's also the location for the Midnight Sun Coffee Roasters of the Yukon. Micah, one of the employees was happy to show me the roasting process, which I have captured on video (below).

Bycicle shop in the front of the building,, Midnight Sun Coffee is at the back.. well worth a visit for a cup of coffee and a bag of beans.
